What Is A Home Energy Audit?
A thorough analysis of your home’s energy efficiency. Their goal is to identify key energy-saving and money-saving improvements that will make your home healthier and more comfortable, and maximize your home’s durability and safety.
Rebates and Financing
Energize Connecticut provides resources, information, and rebates that make it easy to save energy. It’s funded by the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) that you’ve been paying into for years on your monthly utility bill, so this is your chance to get some of that money back!
ENERGY STAR and Leed
EcoSmart is LEED-certified and ready to help you achieve your green building and remodeling goals. We’re fully qualified to determine whether your project meets the LEED tiers (basic certification, silver, gold, or platinum). We also provide LEED certification where applicable.
LEED is a certification program used around the world to help homeowners and building owners and operators be environmentally responsible and use resources efficiently. Developed by the non-profit U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), it includes systems for evaluating the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green homes and neighborhoods.
